To help our membership better understand sequestration, we’re offering two sessions to Chamber members on Tuesday, Sept. 11, during which a top national expert will discuss budget and sequestration scenarios, the potential effect on Huntsville contracting opportunities, and actions companies should take to operate successfully, even with these uncertainties. Alan Chvotkin, executive vice president and counsel for the Professional Services Council (PSC), is one of the most knowledgeable and respected experts on federal acquisition policy, legislation and regulation. At PSC, he is responsible for the association’s legislative and regulatory policy affecting PSC’s membership. PSC is the national trade association of the federal professional and technical services industry. PSC’s mission is to provide unparalleled value to our members by being the leading advocate and resource for the federal professional and technical services industry.
Two sessions with Mr. Chvotkin are being offered in the Chamber Auditorium on Sept. 11 – the first from 10 to 11:30 a.m., the second from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
